My hubby filed conjugal rights but am going to attend case...

If I don't attend case for conjugal rights what will happen. Will he take me compelling with help of police. I had already filed domestic violence ob him.
it is better you attend the case and file your objections, if you do not attend the case can be decided in his favour, no doubt the police or court cannot compel you to join him even if order is passed, but that order passed in his favour can be a ground not to pay you maintenance or permanent aliomny, hence better attend and just file objections it will go a long way, and also file application for interim maintenance and litigation expenses.
Hi... no he will not make you to arrest by police because it is not s criminal case and after summoning of the notice from the case if your not appearing before the court then court will pass order in your husband favour and you may defeat in the case. And DV case is different from above case
