My girlfriend got pregnant what should I do now?

I am 19 year old and my girlfriend is also 19 year old and she got pregnant,what should I do now?nCan i marry her ?nPlease tell the laws.

Since you both are major you can decide on your future. If you wish to marry her then you can always tie the knot. Nowadays for marriage registration the appointment is to be taken before the SDM. For more legal assistance I am just a call away.

Do marriage however marriage age as per law is 21 for boy and 18 for girl . but in extreme such circumstances you can go for marry and mention the reason how ever you need to register your marriage in valid criteria fulfil for further legal assistance call me or contact me

The legal age of marriage is 21 for both but u guys are also above her age of 18, any such marriage would be voidable under the law and at the Turing age of 21, if u both don’t repudiate your marriage then ..the marriage will Become valid ..! Thanks

Since you got your girlfriend pregnant you can marry her if she is willing to get married to you as well. It is up to her as she can also opt for abortion. If she wants to marry you and you do not consent to get married then she can file case of rape and cheating with false promise of marriage. However, there is no compulsion on you to get married to her. Your defense can be that the relationship was mutual with no promise of marriage as she is an adult and consenting party to the affair.

if both families are ready then u can marry her esle ur age to marry is 21 if u marry early there are chances that some one may complain and in that case u may go behind bars or fine may be levied against you
