Dear Sir,
You must attain and complete the age of 21 years to legally marry. Now, your marriage is not legal and a case may be booked against you if you disclose the same and it is made known to the police by anybody. Better keep silent till you complete 21 years of age then get your marriage register legally.

Yeah, it is not a legally wedded life between you two.
Currently you have one option that to go for a marriage registration after you get completed with 21 years. Better you have an another one as to get married again after your completion of your 21 years.
Best suggestion is to get a marriage certificate.
