My friend husband is impotent so she filled a case against her husband but he is not coming to the court proceedings how much of time taken to disclose this issue

In the case filed by your friend if the the husband does not appear before the court even after receiving the notice from the court then the court after giving about a minimum of there opportunities can pass order in favour of your friend and divorce will be granted.

Yes with reg to law Rato query you can file petition for divorce on the ground seeking for declare the marriage null and void based on this obeservation you can file a proceedings before jurisdiction family court hope I clarified the legal position

if we are ready to file the mutual divorce petition maximum 3 month you get the divorce order other wise you file the marriage null and void petition you get the order maximum one year or if you file divorce petition
