My ex-wife has left her in-law's residence on 21.02.2016 after stealing all my and my parent's valuable articles. I have filed 6 police complaints and 7 GDEs against my ex-wife and her parental relatives in between 08.04.2016 to 20.08.2016. My Divorce petition got registered on 08.08.2016 on cruelty against husband. My ex-wife filed 498A, 406, 34 IPC on 01.09.2016. I continued to transfer money for my ex-wife and infant son voluntarily. My ex-wife filed DV without DIR on 27.01.2017. I have won the ex-parte decree of divorce on 24.04.2017 based on cruelty and desertion Section 13(1)(ia)(ib). The Protection Officer filed an uninvestigated and false DIR by violating Santosh Bakshi Vs. State of U.P. on 16.05.2017. I filed a challenge petition against the DIR on 24.08.2017 but the Magistrate forgot to conduct any hearing to date. Ex-wife has filed Cr.P.C. 125 on 27.01.2021 which is 4 years after the ex-parte decree of divorce on cruelty and desertion. I have informed the Law & Justice.
