My divorce Case is going on from past 2 years and for interim I have submitted my say to the court. My wife is a working lady with Rs. 50,000 salary and working in an IT MNC. She is saying in court that she is a house wife and have no income....she has got college placement and from past 3 years she is in the MNC company...she has done MBA from India's top college and the college itself have declared her placement news publicly... What will happen in the interim order..kindly help me...I will be great full to you...thanks
first of all as per your message you told that your wife is working Lady and earning 50000 per month.
for that if you have any documents on that behalf then present it in front of the honorable court
from this is it may be possible that the honorable court order in your favour
