If really she got tortured by her husband and by her in laws then you can move for filing criminal application under the provisions of the Domestic Violence Act and can claim number of protection orders including the interim maintenance.

please file domestic violence proceedings against persons who have committed the same against your daughter..you can now file the case in the court where your daughter resides. and also file an NC in the local police station
