My brother's wife filed so many fake charges against our family. She even filed fake FIR against us. She stayed with us only for 3 months after marriage. After 1 year she filed for divorce now. Now she wants divorce. If we give her divorce then will all cases or allegations she filed against us get dismissed or what is the process?

Divorce by mutual consent is without allegations or counter allegations. However there has to be mutual dialogue and understanding on all issues involved, including alimony amount, if there is demand to that effect. take steps after consulting a lawyer

Well, despite she will get the Divorce, the Criminal Cases filed by her like Sec 498A of the IPC won't get quashed automatically. Either you need to get the Criminal Cases filed by her quashed from the concerned court or your Brother has to negotiate with her to drop the cases against him and your family before your Brother grants her the Divorce.
