You’ll to immediately apply for Anticipatory Bail from Hon’ble Court . After grant of bail, you along with other family member can file the Criminal Writ Petition before Bombay High Court for quashing of FIR.

Hello you can always opt for anticipatory bail in session court and you can get an order for facing investigation whenever policy will call you to remain present. There is need to approach immediately to the session court by filing bail application
