my name is Dinesh and my sister name is sonal . my sister got married to ritesh sawlani under hindu marriage .My brother-in-law sent an notice from court to my sister for divorce in which our elders went to their home and asked for compromise and they agreed on the basis of undertaking agreement is it okay to sign the agreement
if it is in your favour then you can sign it and you have to stay take admission that you will sign on one condition that the agreement should be present in the court so that it should be compromised case what you can do you can also her husband
