My brother in law abused me verbally and tried to abuse me physically.

My brother in law with the support of my mother in law threw me out in streets, abused me verbally and tried to hit me when asked about my rights as a daughter in law. What are my rights in this case what can i do legally?

as a daughter in law you can take valid steps against your brother in law as it a valid ground for domestic violence and you shall get proper justice if properly you go ahead and apply for proper steps
