My Brother Get Mental Torture From His Wife Of His 1and 1/2year Of Mar

How can my brother can get divorce from his wife. She torture my family. My brother get mental torture. My brother has 2month kid also.

You can go for divorce in case it is not possible for you to stay with your wife .In case she is not interested in filing divorce give a notice to her saying that in future if she mibehaves and tortures then she will be solely responsible for breakdown of marriage .

He can file for divorce, further he can also go for custody of the child if he can prove any problem of his wife which may harm in the welfare of the upbringing of the child. Please call me in order to discuss the problem so that your brother may take proper legal recourse.

he can file contested divorce against his wife by showing mental cruelty. If she torture his family he keep it in video and audio recording so that he can easily prove the cruelty. suggest your brother not to do any cruelty to her.
