My boyfriend is getting married to someone else as his family is forcing him to do so.. he had sex with me almost a year ago and on the same day he met my parents.. he assured me that he'll marry me but now he's marrying someone else and telling me to keep an affair as he truly loves me. Can i file a case against him? To stop his marriage somehow and get married to him and save another girl's life too?

Dear Madam, If you are so ignorant and not taking any action till now then you cannot do anything after your boyfriend get married to some other girl. Immediately, go to the Police Station preferably approach Higher Police officers and see that FIR is registered and he is arrested.

Yes, you can .. provided you have and can provide some proof for all the above happenings which a Court would believe. If you cannot prove sex but only promise to marry still you can file a case of breach of Trust.
