My baby father is cheating and not taking care of us

Hi,me and my boyfriend are togther for over 6years and we used to stay together during those 6yr,last year August we have a baby boy,and to deliver a baby we both went to my native place and he stay with us till our baby turn 1month,and he went back to a city where we both used to live together for work.he went back at last October,and now we are in march.suddenly one night he is so cold to me and saying all the bad things about me,later i found out that,now he have a new girlfriend and living

Dear Madam, You are deemed wife of your boy friend and your baby boy is the legal child. You can immediately file multiple cases against him including Restitution of Conjugal Rights under Section 9 of Hindu Marriage Act and also maintenance etc. You may enter into his house as legal wife by taking an interim order under the provisions of Domestic Violence Act.

if he saying bad things about you it was tell become clear to you by now that he will not marry you. the word option you have is to see com maintenance for yourself and the child and also file a case of cheating against him or not agreeing to marry you.
