my apartment wife not leaving from the house

An Apartment is mine. I have disagreement with my wife, i leave house. She is living in house for last 3 years. We not filed for divorce for 3 yrs. How i get the apartment back?
It's a sad situation... Your wife has every right to live in your apartment and you can't drive her out of it. You can file for divorce. During the course of time and if possible negotiations you may get your apartment back or she may claim share in it.
