You cannot stop your husband selling his property share. However we need more facts on ancestral properties and it’s succession and also the status of your children ! Kindly b in touch to understand the legalities!

hello client as i can see your issue is really very much important issues as been an married wife you have got the full rights over the property of husband wheather its his ancestral property or his self earned property you have got full rights so you need to move to court under domestic voilance act . in court

If the behaviour of your husband is intolerable towards you then you can sue him under DV or section 125 and claim your maintenance. And rather then dragging your relationship I would suggest you to go for the mutual divorce because it is less money & money consuming. For more legal assistance I am just a call away.
