Dear Reader Family Courts are taking 13b joint application on presense of both the parties, procedure is that an joint application is filed before the family court with attached documents as proof of marriage and proof of address to make your case fall in jurisdiction of family court. once your case is filed under sec 13b and reported, you both will be given a date after six months*( which is a cooling down period) after that statement of both the parties will be recorded and decree of dissolution of marriage is passed by the Honourable Family Court.
