FileD FIR in the year 2016 again to harass me, then we showed the divorce papers in front of concerned DSP. So DSP asked not to harass him as mutually divorced and got proceedings from Court also. But now, SI of police station caslling and asking me to give statement that you got divorced and that will be submitted in the court. Is I again to give statement n need to attend the court ha
plse take the issue to higher authorities of police if police doesn't respond file prvt complaint in court praying the court to direct police not to harress u and near and dear basing on the complaint and also a out ur divorce

since you got divorce decree in 2014, the FIR in 2016 will be dismissed.
for this you need to provide relevant papers in police station for police to file a closure report.
