Mutual divorce under Christian Marriage act

Hi, I am the lady who wants to get MCD and we were married under Christian Marriage act. We both live in the same house however we stay separate. How can we apply for mutual divorce in Bangalore? Is there separation mandatory for 2 years?

as per your query 2 years separation period mandatory under Indian divorce act and at the time of filing husband and wife both should personally appear before court, after 6 months of filing you will get decree of divorce.

for applying mutual divorce to year is not mandatory I can apply for mutual divorce if you both decided without any coercion both have decided incompatibility then you can apply for the mutual divorce
