4 mediation dates are over but my husband only attended first mediation. now the file has gone to court. He is keeping on changing the terms and condition of petition and i have almost agreed to 80% of them. Now what shall i do?? How to make this divorce happen. I have also registered a Ncr in nearby police station as he is not giving back my belongings which is with him and he is unnecessarily dragging the matter.

You may file private complaint under section 406 IPC for not returning your belongings. Any way file is gone to the court and request the court to take up the matter on weekly basis or approach the High Court to fix time bound disposal. High Court may direct the family court to dispose within next 4 months.
