you first send information to your wife that your lawyer. will be talking to her and her people to discuss future course of action, then your Lawyer can talk to her & her people. If terms from both sides match then a single petition can be filed.

If you are unsure of whether your wife wants to give you a divorce or not and want to know her intention, we can initiate a legal notice. If she doesn’t respond or responds claiming not to give you a divorce, and you still want to go ahead, you can file a contested petition. If she is agreeable and both of you decide to file a mutual petition, you’ll have to discuss your terms of settlement, if any, among you’ll or in the presence of an advocate. Once decided, you can approach a lawyer to have the petition drafted, filed and processed before the court.
