Mutual Divorce lene par bhi kya one sided cancellation ho sakta hai?

Mene 2021 me court marriage ki thi or kuch hi din baad pese dekar divorce bhi le liya mutual Divorce jisme vo bhi razi tha or mai bhi lekin ab 2023 me vo mjhe text kr kr k preahan kar Raha hai ki mai nhi manta us talak ko tum abhi bhi meri wife ko or mai un divorce papers ko cancel karwa raha hu. Kya esa ho sakta hai??

1) record everything 2) file police complaint of criminal intimidation under section 506 of IPC against him 3) you can move court and seek injunction restraining him from calling you and entering your house In case of further enquiry/assistance feel free to contact me.

nahi essa koi law nahi h ek bar divorce hone ke bad remarriage kr shakte h cancellation nahi if wo apko by text or call peresan ya damki de raha h toh uske against proof rakhe jo anne wale time mei jada dikkat ho toh FIR kr shake or proof present kr shake apke pass 2 options h aap sth rehna chahte h toh remarriage kr shakte h cancellation jesa koi law nahi h 2nd thing is this u can registered FIR against him
