Q: Name correction in father's name in school certificate.

IN MINE SCHOOL RECORDS MY FATHER NAME WAS MENTIONED AS MR CHANDR MOHAN BUT CORRECT ONE IS CHANDER MOHAN THAT I FOLLOW ON MY ALL OTHER OFFICIAL DOCUMENTS LIKE AADHAR CARD,PAN CARD. BUT NOW I'M APPLYING FOR FRESH PASSPORT BUT THEY NOT ALLOW ME WITHOUT CORRECTING THIS ON MINE CERTIFICATES SO PLEASE TELL ME HOW CAN CORRECT THAT NAME.

Q: A car hit my car while driving and when I confronted the driver he ran

I was driving my car at night when someone hit me from the back. when I confronted the driver he was very drunk and when I tried to dial 112 to get the police and PCR.he ran away.when the police came I filed a written complaint in the police station however I want to know what else can be done because as far as I know police is not taking any action. He also took a photo of my car and said I will see you tomorrow which means he was threatening me.

I had filed a complaint 3 months ago. The trial is beginning now and I don't have time, will, funds to indulge in the case proceedings now. Is there a way to get out of the court proceedings now without criminal charges being issued against me in the future by the accused or those in custody

Kindly give a brief description of the case filed by you and in which court you have filed the said case.If that is a simple case then it can be easily withdrawn and the charges will be very less as you already mention you don't have funds and will to continue with the case.
