Mutual Divorce from muslim groom

How to get mutual consent divorce from a muslim husband, who had left his wife for last 4 months and have no contact through email or phone call. his wife had sent several emails but no reply received from him. Tried to contact his father through registered letter, whatsApp and SMS but he is also not responding. They have just cheated the girl in the name of marriage.

You cannot file mutual consent divorce when the person is not present . If he is ready to sign the mutual consent petition then you can go for it otherwise you will have to file for a contested divorce which will go on as an ex parte divorce proceeding and then you will get a divorce from that person.

Well, the Wife can file a case in Police Station against her Husnand and In Laws for committing Cheating with her. Moreover, She can file a case in the concerned Family Court too for Restitution of Conjugal Rights, in which, Husband has to justify the reasons for illegally deserting the Wife.
