Mutual Divorce Filed but she is not ready

Hi I got married in Mar 2017 but due to issues we got separated within one month in July 2018 i filed divorce in court as Mutual divorce in family court the court has told to wait till Jan 2019 for 6 months gap, now the issue is my lawyer is telling that we both need to Be present for 2nd hearing now she is not ready to accept the divorce playing around with me she treatning me will file dowry case against me
How to get divorce ? From her

Mutual Divorce case will stand only when both parties to the said case co operate to court proceeding.
As you told if she is failed to appear, the court wont grant exparte order in the mutual case. So you need to withdraw the case and to file a new contested case against her.
At this juncture, she cant file the divorce case.
Better you withdraw the present case and file contesting case.
