What is the procedure of mutual divorce?how should ibe prepared?
firstly you both should enter into a settlement mutually regarding the issues of money (towards permanent alimony or any such money (dowry) related issues)and articles (household articles or gold and other precious things) if such issues related to your case. later you should file a petition before a (competent) court of law praying for dissolution of your existing wedlock by approaching a good lawyer then you can get divorce within 20 days.
