Now his wife and family wants to separate mutually agreed with some financial compensation which friends family ready to pay but just wanted to follow legal process to avoid any legal challenges in future from His wife side. Is without filing divorce application in the court and waiting for 6 months, both sides lawyers and parents can mutually signed divorce and settlement onstamp papers to close this matter. It is right and legal process to close this matter so that no future implications?

Dear queriest, appreciate your concern towards your friend, further I would like to add that they are not ready to continue to the said marriage, then they can file for mutual divorce petition before the court and get their marriage dissolved by getting divorce decree which is the only legal document in future will not creating any hindrance from both the side, rest all things about stamp paper are rubbish

what is your religion?
in Muslim parties can excute mubarat/ mutual divorce on a stamp.paper because they hav3 right to do it under sharait law where as in Hindu has common procedure through court I.e the only way to.avoid any future litigation.
