Mutual divorce against my wife........please suggest me the way.......

I am marraid person during 4 years.....I have engaged in extramarital affairs for last 3 years...recently my wife got to know that I have engazed to someone...and also she get some love letters of her.and my wife wife threaten me that she take action against my service...so what can I do?and how to save my service?can I file a divorce against my wife?please suggest me
okk you can file for divorce as divorce is of two types Mutual and contested divorce if you both parties are ready then it will be mutual or if only one party ready then it will be contested divorce...

this needs to be dealt properly and not in rush proper facts needs to be kept before your lawyer for proper guidance other wise the husband will be in deep trouble and will financially bleed to extremes

you are always free to file for a divorce if the grounds so prescribed under the relevant statute is fulfilled. a word of caution would be you are not permitted to take advantage of your own wrong. I foresee 498A against you if your wife files a criminal case against you. as far as maintenance is concerned it won't affect your service record. remedy - try to seek forgiveness from your wife and accept your fault and move on. if you think you can convince her for mutual divorce then it would be the best course of action devoid of any acrimony or strain relationship.
