Mutual consent for becoming single parent

Hello, There is a situation where a boy and a girl were in physical relationship due to this the girl got pregnant and delivered a baby. The boy was not aware of the pregnancy until the delivery duration so the boy get know on the delivery day.Hence after this they both want to have a mutual consent for single parent and keep it away from society as there parent know about the situation they are forcing for marriage . What they both can do or any suggestions if they can have MOU written on stamp paper will that help?nThanks in advance

I understand your questions so now you want to mutual consent for about the baby born before marriage now boy is not aware to intrest about the child so you want to single child in feature what tupenof agreement you jabe to made on legal right so some clarification os nessity in your questions so call and talk about this so do you need any legal help contact me thank you

As far as the child is concerned it is better to approach the court and have a compromise petition submitted in court and the single parent will also have the child and also will not have any legal issues connected with it and even the parents of the boy or girl cannot do anything, but if the parents wants to get the boy and girl married i think they are also correct as the child will get the love and affection of both parents and the child also will not have problems.
