No, there must be one year separation between the parties. Presently you can file complaint under section 12 of Domestic violence act. Under section 125 cr p c for maintenance. After passing 1 year you can file divorce petition

Hi. There is no provision in law to seek divorce from the court within 1 year of the marriage. However, if there exists a valid ground, you may apply for annulment of marriage within 1 year of marriage as per the provisions of Hindu Marriage Act

Court may not allow your petition to mutual divorce because your marriage has not yet complete 1 year. Court may dismiss your petition on the same ground. until unless there are some serious issues if he voluntary sexual intercourse with any other girl, or treated you with cruelty, if they boy is suffering from any kind of mental disorder means mental illness, or the boy is been suffering from a virulent and incurabe form of leprosy

you will have to wait atleast one year before you can file for divorce in court .however , in the meanwhile you can get a settlement deed in place .option of annulment of marriage can be explored based on facts of the case .
