Mutual consent divorce with husband of 18 years with no alimony

Mutually wish to divorce and have no intention of receiving or giving alimony and I will be primary custodian of children n mother-in-law and pet cat. No financial support required from husband can the divorce be processed smoothly and painlessly. Reason for divorce: no emotional or mental connect just drifted apart over the years

Mutual consent divorce is the smooth and painless process for divorce if both husband and wife agree for it. And they shall also mutually agree for terms and conditions for divorce like alimony or no alimony, children custody and access rights etc.

surely you can proceed for mutual. consent divorce .. file mutual. consent divorce justify the court your reason for mutual divorce.. be present before court.. court will notify you with the time period for 6 months to think about it and stay together. for that you can make an application for weaving off period application. and just get the procedure done fast

Yes, you can go for mutually consent divorce if both the parties are mutually agreed on to it. After filing a divorce within a year and a half Decree will be passed for Divorce For any further query kindly contact me

Dear Queriest if you want to get mutually separated then talk to your husband as you already agreed about the fact that you will not claim any alimony maintenance etc. and custody of the children mother in law and pet so it will be easy for you to go ahead with mutual divorce
