my marriage is registered by marriage registrar on 04 june 2015 and on the very next day marriage is solemnized by hindu rites with both the family. we are applying for mutual consent divorce we should file under special marriage act or hindu marriage act
Dear queriest, as per your query you have mentioned about the fact that you have registered your marriage before the marriage registrar and also solemnized the same by Hindu rituals a very next day to it, but if you have already registered your marriage before the marriage registrar then it is obviously you have to go by Special marriage act do dissolve your marriage if you are willing to.
