Mutual Consent Divorce Issue but i am in need help in understanding.

Back ground of the issue : On the baby shower [Mid of Jan 2019] ceremony for myself my inlaws and parents had arguments and based on the issue , i was upset and during the labour i had texted my husband regarding the admission for baby delivery instead of calling and informing him , which made him furious.After that we had constantly had arguments between myself and husband , when my kid was 3 months old [April 2019] , my inlaws along with my husband and his brother's in law came to meet my parents and invite myself and kid to their house for a week's time stay for which i did not agree and there were lots of arguments and my husband denied himself from visiting me and my kid . He took us for shopping when my kid was 5 months old [May 2019] and never visited us again untill my kid was 1.5 months old [June 2020] . Inspiting of inviting him , my inlaws and his relatives for the first year birthday of the day. i visited my inlaws again along with my husband when my husband came to meet
