Mutual Consent Divorce after wife filed false cases

My wife & I are both Hindu and got married 2 years back but we are staying separate for more than a year now and there is no kid. nnMy wife filed DV, CrPC 125 & Divorce (HMA 12/13) in Bhopal, her hometown. But now she is ready for a mutual divorce. She has recently moved to Europe (not NRI yet) and I am in Bangalore. I would like to know more about the process, timelines & cost. How many times does she have to travel to India, or can we get things done on VC?

I understand your questions so you want mutual divorce presnt she is residing at out if county right where your marriage hapened and your marriage is registered or not that is important so you are staying in India she is also ready for come to take mutual divorce in India right through V c alsonit is possible to court so do you need any further legal help contact me thank you

In a mutual consent divorce some requirements can be done in VC. I can manage to avoid her first appearance in Court. Whether she can come for final appearance 6 months after filing ? Cost for both together would be 50k.
