Mutual Consent 13B-Wife received 5 lakhs as partial settlement

Respected Sir/Madan, Wife received 5 lakhs as partial settlement and we both filed for 13B mutual consent divorce after withdrawing Main divorce case, but now during second motion she is demanding more money than agreed in the document and also not appearing before the court. Please Advise. 1.) Will the court grant divorce as she is breaching the agreement and not appearing to court. 2.) Can i file warrant against her for cheating. 3.) what all actions i can take against her as we separated for more than 7 years.

okay I understand your questions now your wife not come to mutual divorce because she expected more mony from your side so you don't worry about all ready you filed contest divorce right so you withdraw the or court only dismissed the case she is not came to court so if you need any legal help contacte thank you

Dear Sir, This is happening in most of the cases you may move contempt petition before the same Court asking it to issue a show cause notice to her for violating the terms of mutual divorce. Further, you may representation to the Registrar Vigilance. Requesting him to initiate suo-motto contempt case against her before Hon'ble High Court.
