Mutual concent divorce with child Custody

I have 6 month old baby boy. My husband is assuring he will take child custody I am ready to give it to him. But I don't trust him anymore. I am happy mental trauma n mental condition is becoming weak. Can I give child custody to husband and accuse him for destroying my mental health. He is not ready to even support me financially.
