Mutual Divorce duration is maximum 7 months ( There is some chances to case may closed within 2 months) . Fixed fees is 15,000/- ( There is no other hidden charges or fee) .
Require documents are Marriage invitation card, Marriage photos and Husband and wife Adhar card or Voter ID or Passport for address proof.

In India such private agreements between husband and wife not enforceable. However, you can file some case against your husband like Domestic violence case and at the time of mediation you can enter into a compromise term with suitable conditions which shall be endorsed by the mediators and the Court. You have to engage a lawyer and file such DV case first.
