Muslim women filing divorce (Khula) from her side.

04-Aug-2023 (In Divorce Law)
I was married 6 months ago. There was no dowry given. Initially there were issues between my mother and my mother inlaw. These issues escalated and my mother inlaw returned the furniture after my marriage. My mother inlaw taunted and insulted me. My husband did not use to give me his time. After 10 days of my wedding my husband went back to dubai. There was very little response when i called him. He often ignored my calls and chats. My mother in law did not permit me to see my parents. Issues escalated and i have reached a point that i want to end this marriage. What is the procedure for khula? Can i ask for a share in his property?
