Mera ek ladki jiska talak ka case chal raha tha usse pyar ho gya fir ham dono 3 saal tak ek dusre ko date karte rahe wo shadi karna chahti thi but ab uski life me sayad koi aur aa gya h to kya mai us par koi case kar skta hu..aur agar wo apne pati k pas jati h to kya wo mujhe par case kar skti h?

ap ki is query ko slove krne ke liye or jaankari lage gi ki jis tym ap date kr rahe the us tym uska divorce kis stage me tha and dekhiye ap us per to koi case ni kr sakte hai and uska pati bhi ni kr sakta hai but ap ki puri samasya ka samadhan dene ke liye puri jaankari jaruri hai @kk_jurix

pahle ye baat clear hona chahiye ki uska divorce finally hogya tha ya nhi ? dusri baat ye h ki apne living relation cirtificate bnvaya tha ya anya koi likha padhi stamp pe ki thi ya nhi ki thi. ye pahle aap ko batana hoga
