kya main without divorce apne husband pe dowry case karsakti ho .mera jewellery and valubale things sab kuch wahi hai mere husband k ghar main mujhe sab kuch wapas chahiye jo mera hai agar maine police main FIR kiya toh kya mujhe koi problem hogi .kya police dono sides investigate karegi kya mujhe bas mera office k pass ni aana hai police.

You better take help of your family members and give a complaint with the police first for recovery of your gold that is left in your husband's house. By giving a police complaint there will be no problem for you and no one will come near your office. if the police do not get all your jewellery back to you then give a dowry complaint.

Dear Madam, You can file complaint without divorce against your husband under Section 406 of Indian Penal Code to get back all your jewelry and other things which are illegally held by your husband. The Police may help you to investigate the same otherwise you may approach local Magistrate by filing private complaint under Section 200 of Cr.P.C.
