Pehle decide ki aap bhi divorce dena chats ho ya nahi. Then agar vo Maar pit Karte hain then you can approach police and register case of domestic violence and cruelty. Better approach a lawyer for help.

hello you can file application under Protection of women from domestic violence act against your husband and inlaws. you have to specify your allegations. in case of any other grievance the response will be assessed as per your grievance. Regards JS Gill Advocate
