Moving to abroad with my child

Can i move to abroad permanently with my 5 month infant child after filling divorce case in India. Should i have to take noc from my husband? And who will conduct the case on behalf of me?

it would be hard for you to take your kid with you.. as immigration of the intended country without noc of the husband won't let you take the kid. so you need to file guardianship petition before the court.. in your absence case can be followed by any one to whom you give Power of attorney..

hello mam speaking from Khanna's Law Firm no you do not have to NOC from your husband if you are presently having the custody of the child you can take him anywhere with you and for the purpose of cases you can give power of attorney family you can call us
