Moving to abroad with child if I get child custody

After the divorce, If I get child custody, do I need to get any other permissions to move abroad with my child?

you got a divorce decree you are mother or father your not mentionedin your quirey and what is the age of the child it is boy or girl every thing is important so what condition you mentioned the medaiation agreement or compromise deed that conditions you can fallow

if it is a mutual consent divorce that you have filed or about to file , then the matter of custody would be settled in your favour if your spouse has accepted it, in which case you don't need any permission additionally. however the matter of visa issuing country is a different from one another
