Moving out of wife's house after she asked for separation

10-Jul-2023 (In Divorce Law)
I was at my parents place and My wife suddenly asked for separation over a video call. Her parents or she were not ready to pick up calls and talk to sort out. Even I want to end the marriage and have decided for mutual divorce. Now, I was staying in her relatives house with her after marriage. After she asked for the separation, I haven't gone back to the house. There are some belongings/furniture in the house of mine which I brought in when we moved here. Is it okay to shift those belongings from that house to my new residence with her written consent on the exact list of items I took back. Or does this need to wait until mutual divorce proceedings end.

You can start moving your Furniture and other items from that house as you deem appropriate and need not wait for proceedings to be filed before the court. Shifting of the furniture needs no permission and you may do so at your own convenience
