Hi, if the harassment is non bearable and no other remedy available except divorce, then you can approach jurisdictional family court and file a divorce case against your husband on the cruelty ground. Feel free to contact me for further assistance.

In this case file a case of divorce on ground of mental cruelty and also file a case for maintenance for your self and your son under domestic violence act or crpc and thereafter when your husband comes for settlement ask for permanent alimony in lumpsum and get divorce retaining custody of child with you

There is no dispute between u and ur husband.so try to make understand u r husband and if u take divorce the present characters will not make u forget them. Any how if u want divorce u can file divorce petition u.s 13 of hindu marriage act before family court for cruelty and at the same time u can also claim maintainence and permanent alimony.. but i think there no serious dispute between u ànd ur husband think twice before going it and u may have loving husband.
