How can get my child custody ... From last 5 month my hubby not allowing me to see kids... My baby boy is 6years old and my baby girl is 3years... He done case agst.. We are going for divorce now .. please suggest me

If you are really interested in your children, make a condition that on handing over your children to you only will agree for divorce. unless decided the custody of children, how can you proceed with divorce? if you are in thought of the custody of children is not a matter to compare with the matter of divorce, then you can file a petition before District Court/Family Court seeking custody of your minor children.
