Monthly Maintenance after Retirement of my husband

Will my monthly maintenance stop because my husband retired from service recently? He worked as a top officer in an Indian state government department?

No, it will not, a husband is bound to maintain his wife and children as the order of the court is still prvailing, his pension will be coming in, so there cannot be a stop, yes, if he stops, you have every right to pull it out through court, there are ways, do not worry at all
