Misuse of law in 498a and Dva Case while living abroad

While working in dubai,fell in love,we insisted families to get married. Girl from hyderabad and i am from U.P. Her family came to bareilly to perform marriage rituals. After 30 days of marriage,we went back to dubai on our respective jobs. In 2020 My father fell sick of kidney failure,my wife insisted me to resign and go back to India and look after father treatment. I came back but she silently came to hyderabad and initiated khula and took the decree,later she filed 498a and dva case.

Your wife unilaterally initiated Khula and obtained a decree without your consent or notice you can challenge Khula . Since the incident occurred in Dubai and bareily, you may challenge Hyderabad's jurisdiction. Especially if you never lived there as a couple. If the FIR is filed you can apply for anticipatory bail or quash the FIR . Immediately consult a lawyer to file a counter case . If reconciliation was attempted you can file a counter case restitution of conjugal rights also . Better to apply for anticipatory bail if FIR already registered against you.

She cheated u Do u want to stay with her if so we need to fight legally it take time . Did she file 498 against u and father then ur father can apply in hight court for quash and j can oppose the case so for tag ur presence is needed. Moreover wt exactly she needs from u tag we should find it out

hi if she had filed false 498A case and DVC case then you could file quash petition in high court to quash the case as it is based on all false allegations and that you were not connected to the incidents and could obtain necessary relief from court
