mistake in RCR petition file technical details and dimissal

I have filed RCR petition. My marriage was special marriage (registry done before marriage day). So it should be section 22. But in petition my lawyer mentioned section 9 - special marriage act. I think its technically wrong. Now summon has been sent to opposite party.
My question is:
1. Can opponent bring objection that to dismiss the case on technical ground, as wrong section has mentioned?
2. Can it impact my case, and later stage I may face problem?
3. what are the option left to correct it.
