Missing Person/absconding/domestic violence

My husband has absconded to avoid any legal action in India. He's in Dubai. He owes me my spousal support as promised over 5 years now and keep avoiding contact. Need help

You can file application under Protection of Women from Domestic Violence Act in the court against your husband. If he is living in Dubai trial court has power to recover maintenance amount from him. Therefore with getting income source of your husband file application in the court

don't worry, you can file all cases against him, after it you gave to inquiry to dubai Ammbessy with permission of honble court, court will direct them to serve notice to your husband and many other ways are there
